Description: KEY DUTIES • Coordinate with the workers’ compensation underwriter(s) on a variety of client service transactions, including new business and renewal ratings, preparation of coverage documents and endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, and other tasks as required; • Compose professional correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other documents as needed; • Create, update, and maintain accurate records and documentation; • Perform technical, analytical, and other tasks as assigned; • Carries out general assigned duties such as filing, copying, mailings, composing correspondence, running reports, etc.; • Respond, in a timely manner to requests from clients, brokers, underwriters, team members, managers, and others.

Requirement Skills: SKILLS & ABILITIES • Understanding of basic workers’ compensation insurance concepts and procedures to assist underwriters fully evaluate risks and render appropriate underwriting decisions; • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-level proofreading skills and grammatical skills; • Exercise sound judgment and utilizes initiative and creativity to identify solutions and solve problems; • Interact positively with clients, staff, and other third parties; • Delegate work appropriately and in a professional manner, and assist other employees as needed; • Provide and accept suggestions and feedback positively;
